CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Chase Diamond Products warrants all products against defects in workmanship or materials. The responsibility of Chase Diamond Products under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts at Chase Diamond Products'�Warehouse.
In no event shall Chase Diamond Products be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising out of the failure of any product to operate properly. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damages resulting from operator abuse or misuse.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other warranties are hereby disclaimed.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned products must be unused and returned with the original packaging. No return products will be accepted with missing parts or accessories.
All defective products will be reviewed for manufacturing defects and credit or replacement will be applied to products that are deemed defective. Products that have been worn or misused will not be credited. Special order items are non-returnable.
If a return is necessary, please call 1-888-624-2736 and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from our customer services department. Please print this number on the box or packaging slip to ensure proper credit along with an explanation of the problem with the product. Chase Diamond Products is not responsible for goods returned without an RMA Number. An invoice and purchase date must accompany any returned goods.
Any discrepancies with quantities of items received must be made within 7 days after signing for package.
